U.S. and Japanese officials will sign the new beef and citrus trade agreement between the countries tomorrow, the Agriculture Department said. The agreement calls for Japan to end its quotas on imports of U.S. beef and citrus products. The quotas were a high-profile irritant to American producers and it took lengthy negotiations to remove them.
