Norman M. Coulson has been named chairman of Glendale Federal Savings & Loan. Keith P. Russell Jr. has been named president of the thrift and a director of the parent, Glenfed Inc. Coulson remains chief executive and Russell remains chief operating officer of Glendale Federal.
