Ralph A. Schubert has joined 3D Systems in Sylmar as vice president of sales and marketing. Schubert, 50, previously was president and chief executive officer of SuperCads Inc. in Santa Clara. 3D makes equipment that uses lasers and plastics to make models of parts.
