ABC’s “20/20” news magazine attracted 28% of the available viewers last week, tying its best performance since moving to Friday nights last fall. It was the highest-rated first-run program on the networks, ratings from the A. C. Nielsen Co. showed Tuesday. NBC’s documentary on handguns and a “48 Hours” look at weddings on CBS didn’t fare as well, but still drew far more viewers than “Hothouse,” a dramatic series that ABC introduced June 30: It ranked 59th.
