Hecht-Nielsen Neurocomputers, a San Diego high-technology company, has received $3 million from venture capitalists, including lead investors Continental Illinois, Battery Ventures and Aetna, Jacobs & Ramo Ventures. The latest round brings to $6 million the total venture capital raised since the company was founded in 1986.
