The Disney Channel, Burbank, has reorganized responsibilities in programming and marketing and promoted Stephen Fields to senior vice president-original programming. Reporting to Fields will be Paulo de Oliveira, who continues as vice president-program development; Ed Lahti, vice president-production, and Peggy Christianson, who has been named vice president-children’s programming. Mike Nichols has been named vice president-creative development and will report to Tom Wszalek, vice president-consumer marketing. Winifred Wechsler has been named vice president-new business.
