Stolen Truck Rams Capitol Entry

WASHINGTON —
An 18-year-old man rammed a stolen armored military truck into two police cruisers and an entrance to the U.S. Capitol early today after leading police on a 15-minute chase through the city, police said.
The driver, Daedalus DiGilvanni of Chestertown, Md., was arrested after he slammed the military vehicle into a protective barrier north of the Capitol and was charged with two counts of assault on a police officer and unauthorized use of the National Guard vehicle, police spokesman Walt Ferguson said.
