Two Major Leases Signed for Biltmore Court Space

Office leasing in the 11-story Biltmore Court portion of the Biltmore Place complex in downtown Los Angeles, is nearing 50% as the result of two new leases--a 35,000-square-foot agreement with the law firm of Quinn, Kully & Morrow and a 17,000-square-foot lease with Freeman & Mills, certified public accountants, for a total value of $13.5 million.
