Waquoit, setting a slow pace, led all the way to beat favored Personal Flag by 1 3/4 lengths in the 100th running of the $382,900 Brooklyn Handicap at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y.
It was the second straight win for Waquoit in the Grade I stakes race.
Ridden by Jose Santos and carrying 121 pounds, Waquoit covered the 1 1/2 miles on a good track in 2:28 4/5.
Creme Fraiche, carrying 118 pounds, finished third.
