The College Placement Council in Bethlehem, Penn., announced the results of its annual survey of starting salaries for graduate students. MBAs with non-technical undergraduate degrees received offers this spring averaging $33,942, up 5% from last year. MBAs with technical undergraduate degrees not only received the highest average offers of all graduate students but also posted the biggest percentage increase: $38,304, up 11.8% from 1987.
