Suburban Detroit police are searching for a teen-ager believed to have taken the $20,000 dress worn by Madonna in her “True Blue” video from an MTV exhibit in a shopping mall in Novi, Mich. There’s a larceny warrant out for one Krista Maria O’Sada, 19, thought by police to have taken the powder-blue dress July 15. The dress was turned in three days later by four Dearborn teen-agers who told police they had found it. “We’ve made several attempts to contact (O’Sada) and have put the word out with her acquaintances,” a detective said. If convicted, O’Sada faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
