Although it didn’t come close to stealing the thunder from last week’s No. 1 show--a repeat of the second half of “The Deliberate Stranger,” featuring Mark Harmon as serial murderer Ted Bundy on NBC--CBS’ “Miss Teen America Pageant” was last week’s top-rated show among the non-reruns, landing in ninth place with a 15.1 rating and a 26 share. The pageant competition was the only new show to crack the Top 10. Meanwhile, Fox Broadcasting Co. continued to make ratings progress during network re-run season, earning its highest Sunday night Nielsens ever--an overall 5.3 rating with a 10 share.

* Of those Sunday shows, Fox’s top offerings were “America’s Most Wanted,” which invites viewers to phone in to help catch criminals, ranked 54th among 75 prime-time shows, and its irreverent family comedy “Married . . . With Children,” in 57th place. A complete ratings list appears on Page 9.
