Fluorocarbon Co. of Laguna Niguel has completed the previously reported acquisition of Reynolds & Taylor Inc., a Santa Ana-based fabricator of high-performance composite components. Complete terms of the sale were not disclosed. The acquired company will become part of Fluorocarbon’s engineered products group, which has plants in seven locations and is a supplier to the aircraft, missile and aerospace industry as well as serving industrial and commercial markets.
