Maxicare Philadelphia Inc., a subsidiary of Maxicare Health Plans Inc. of Los Angeles, said it has signed a definitive agreement that includes the sale of four Maxicare medical offices to Delaware Valley Health Network Inc. Purchase price and terms were not disclosed. Delaware Valley Health Network is a new entity formed by the Frankford Health Care System Inc. in Philadelphia and Keystone Health System in Drexel Hill, Pa. Under the agreement, Maxicare will contract with Delaware Valley Health Network to provide services to Maxicare members in the region.
