Lockheed Corp., Calabasas, has consolidated its tactical command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) operations in a new division headquartered in Washington. Donald C. Latham, former assistant secretary of Defense, was named president of the new division and was elected a Lockheed corporate vice president. Latham, 55, joined Lockheed from Computer Sciences Corp., where he was vice president of the Systems Group.
