Turner Broadcasting System Inc. reported a second-quarter loss of $25.9 million, compared to a $26-million loss last year. Revenue totaled $200 million, up 18%. The Atlanta company said the revenue results reflect the growing appeal of SuperStation TBS and CNN to advertisers and cable system operators and the value of its library of programming, especially to international customers.
