Traffic Corridor
Orange County was recently rated the nation’s eighth-most-desirable community. If the San Joaquin Transportation Corridor is permitted, it will surely plunge Orange County to the bottom.
This boondoggle of a highway is clearly conceived as developers’ access to proposed housing developments, peddled as a traffic cure.
Years to come, some say people may avoid Orange County as a pestilential plague. If this freeway madness continues, and you and I in dreamless apathy don’t stop this freeway monster, we will not only be the victims--we will by default be the perpetrators.
