Trammell Crow Purchases Westlake Village Complex

Trammell Crow Co. has purchased a fully leased 96,000- square foot, three-building complex at 5775 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village, from RothchildInc., of New York, for $7.2 million, according to Wells Fargo Realty Finance and Wells Fargo Bank, the lenders.
