Standard Pacific L.P., a home-builder based in Costa Mesa, said earnings for the second quarter rose to $16.2 million on revenue of $124 million, up from earnings of $13 million on revenue of $97 million in last year’s second quarter. For the six months, the publicly traded limited partnership reported earnings of $25.6 million on revenue of $212 million, compared with earnings of $20.2 million on revenue of $159 million last year.
