Photographer Cleared of Inciting Palestinians

TEL AVIV —
The Israeli army today cleared American photographer Randy Belinski of allegations that he incited Palestinian protesters to stone troops in a West Bank village in order to photograph the incident.
“The investigation has concluded that no fault whatsoever can be found with the behavior of Mr. Belinski,” the army said in a letter to Reuters, for whom Belinski works.
