San Bernardino County deputies seized 8,000 marijuana plants worth an estimated $9.6 million on the street and arrested four people in two raids. The raids, although unrelated, were carried out within two blocks of each other in the back yards of private homes, said sheriff’s spokeswoman Jackie Maypray.
