Suspected Basque terrorists set off bombs at six French-owned auto dealerships and a dairy in the provinces of Alava, Logrono and El Astillero in northern Spain, causing extensive damage but no injuries, government officials said. Police defused bombs at two other dealerships and searched for bombs along a northern railroad line where an explosion ripped up rails, said the officials. No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
