Waiving Job Security

The employment-at-will clause in contracts reminds me of the “yellow-dog” contracts employers required to keep employees from union activities. These contracts were outlawed in the ‘30s. I’m sure the employment-at-will clauses will go the same way.

No contract should deprive employees of protective legislation, or protective union contracts, if any.
