Parents of Victim File Civil Suit Against Kimball

TAMPA, Fla. — A civil suit was brought Friday against Bruce Kimball in Hillsborough County Circuit Court by the parents of a teen-ager killed in the traffic accident in which the diver was charged with alcohol-related manslaughter.
The wrongful death suit, brought by Robert E. Bedell and his wife, Theresa, on behalf of their late son, Robert, seeks an unspecified figure in excess of $5,000.
In the suit, Kimball is accused of negligence in the operation of his car on the night of Aug. 1, when, according to police, he drove into a group of teen-agers gathered on a dead-end street in Brandon, Fla.
