Praxis Biologics of Rochester, N.Y., appointed two new vice presidents.

Thomas Walker, 41, former corporate director of financial administration with Sterling Drug, was named vice president for finance and administration and treasurer. He succeeds Robert A. Keenan, a new member of the Praxis board of directors, who has been acting as chief financial officer.

Robert E. Hauser, 40, former group director for quality control (U.S.) with Sterling Drug, was named vice president of quality assurance for Praxis, which is engaged in the discovery and development of disease-prevention technology and products.
