The Koll Co. completed and dedicated its first office tower in the $350-million Koll Center Orange, a 14-story building. . . . Commercial Center Development said it will build a 7,200-square-foot shopping center in Hanford next month. . . . 2111 South Anne St. Partners in Santa Ana bought a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 311 S. Anne St. in Santa Ana for $1.4 million from investor Britt Potect of Tustin and leased it to General Aluminum Forgines, an aerospace contractor. . . . MCS, a Huntington Beach computer software company, signed a $6-million lease for 50,000 square feet in the 6 Hughes building in Irvine.
