Israeli police found the body of an 8-year-old Jewish boy whose skull had been crushed with a rock, and they said Palestinian guerrillas may have killed him, Israel Radio reported. The radio said police in the northern port city of Haifa discovered the boy’s body in a dry riverbed in his hometown of Kiryat Tivon, 10 miles south of Haifa. Police did not elaborate on their suspicions. Elsewhere, troops in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip shot and wounded at least eight Arab demonstrators--seven of them at the Nusseirat refugee camp in Gaza--and imposed curfews on the West Bank villages of Beit Jala and Beit Sahur, where they feared violent protests, Palestinian sources said.
