A severe thunderstorm toppled infield trees and forced cancellation of the final two races at Saratoga Raceway at Saratoga, N.Y.

The storm knocked out electric power. Refunds were issued on outstanding bets, the Pick Six was reduced to a Pick Five, and the New York Racing Assn., announced that admission and programs will be free today, the final day of a 24-day thoroughbred meeting.
