A $13.35-million settlement has been announced in a 1985 accounting scandal at Sun-Diamond Growers, with the money to be shared by two cooperatives, two former executives, former President Frank R. Light, former Executive Vice President Bill Dabney, and 2,100 Sun-Maid raisin growers. The settlement will be paid out of Sun-Diamond’s insurance policies, officials said.
