Upland Shopping Center Bought for $44 Million

Bonutto-Hofer Investments and Dover Investment Properties have acquired the Mountain Square Shopping Center in Upland for $44 million from the Rainier Fund Inc., of Irvine, developer of the new project, which is more than 90% leased. Michael Epsteen & Associates, Santa Monica, is exclusive leasing agent.
