The Relationship of Rape, Dorms

Referring to Kathleen Hendrix’s lead article in the View section of Aug. 23--”Rape on Campus: It’s on Rise Across U.S. Report Experts Who Say That Schools Don’t Know How to React”: The school administrators either have their heads under their arms, or have lost all sense of reality.

Girls and boys of any age sharing the same dorm with access to all the rooms are asking for trouble.
