Ground Broken for Distribution Facility

Katell Properties Inc. and Cal Fed Income Properties, both of Los Angeles, have broken ground on an $8.7-million manufacturing and distribution facility at 26235 Technology Drive in Valencia Technology Park, Santa Clarita. Completion is scheduled for December.
Barasch Architects, Pasadena, is the architect and Whittier-based Oltmans Construction Co. is the contractor.
