LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Sept. 21, 1988

Jeffrey S. Hall has been named vice president-marketing services at the Los Angeles Times, effective Nov. 1. He will be a member of The Times’ executive committee. Hall most recently has been a White House Fellow, a one-year program. Previously, he was vice president-marketing at the Kansas City Star Co., which publishes the Kansas City Times and the Kansas City Star. The Los Angeles Times is published by Times Mirror Co., Los Angeles.
