A family affair: Snoopy’s brother, Spike, will meet Charles Schulz’s daughter, Jill, in “It’s the Girl in the Red Truck, Charlie Brown,” a combination live action-animation “Peanuts” special airing Tuesday that was written by the cartoonist’s son, Monte. Spike becomes smitten with Jill Schulz when her pickup breaks down outside his home near Needles, Calif. A former skater with the Ice Follies/Holiday on Ice shows, Jill performs on roller skates in both a solo routine and a duet with Spike that sends the laconic beagle flying through the rink’s window. The special airs on CBS. . . . In other animation news, Walter Lantz, the 88-year-old creator of Woody Woodpecker, Andy Panda and Chilly Willy, will be at the Universal Studios Tour on Saturday and Sunday to autograph copies of his book, “The Walter Lantz Story.”
