Milton Roy Agrees to Buy Liquid Metronics

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. —
Milton Roy Co. agreed to buy Liquid Metronics Inc. of Acton, Mass., a privately held manufacturer of electronic diaphragm metering pumps.
The transaction, which is subject to Milton Roy Board approval, calls for the exchange of 1,070,000 shares of Milton Roy common stock and $1 million for all outstanding shares of Liquid Metronics.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in late September or early October.
