Homeowners Should Like Development
The Woodland Hills Homeowners Organization should be elated that there is a desire to rezone and develop a 24-acre parcel of Warner Center property with up to 3.7 million square feet of office space. This will put additional jobs in the community, allowing more local residents to find jobs so close to home that they can walk, bicycle or ride the (future) shuttle to work and thereby reduce traffic and parking problems.
