Local News in Brief : Orange : Suicide Pact Suspected as Couple Found Dead
A couple in declining health, who apparently entered into a suicide pact, were found dead inside their car Sunday of carbon monoxide poisoning, officials said Monday.
Carl William Frame and his wife, Frances Lou Frame, both 65, were last seen Thursday afternoon by a neighbor in the 2800 block of Monroe Street, Orange Police Sgt. Timm Browne said.
“She apparently had been in ill health and in and out of hospitals,” Browne said.
Shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday, police were called to their home and found the couple dead in the garage, sitting in their car, Browne said.
