WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Robert H. Gentile to be director of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement at the Interior Department, the White House announced Wednesday. Gentile, 44, who has been acting director since March, would succeed Jed Dean Christensen.
