Valley Cyclists Expected to Ride in Kern’s Classic

Former Olympians Thurlow Rogers of Van Nuys and David Brinton of North Hollywood are among those expected to participate in the 93.2-mile Kern’s Classic International Cycling Road Race on Sunday at 8 a.m.

The race, which begins at Pepperdine University and ends at Griffith Park, winds through the Santa Monica Mountains along Mulholland Highway.
