Whitehead Tour Planned

WASHINGTON —
Deputy Secretary of State John C. Whitehead will visit Romania, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria from Sunday through Oct. 20, his sixth mission to Eastern Europe, the State Department said Thursday.
