Raymond W. Imblum has been named vice president of engineering for MDB Systems. Imblum, who joined the company in 1981 as a senior member of the technical staff, most recently served as director of engineering. Before joining MDB, he was with Digital Equipment Corp. for 10 years. MDB Systems, based in Orange, designs and manufactures computer systems and subsystems, as well as a line of computer products.
