A Santa Barbara financial consultant has acquired a 7.2% stake in Celltronics, a San Diego telephone and radio product manufacturer.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Stephan H. Kleeman bought 70,000 common shares for $39,375 and has options to buy another 175,000 shares. Kleeman said he holds the shares as an investment.
