2 Germans Paddle to West

BAD BRAMSTEDT, West Germany —
Two East German men paddled a rubber dinghy across the Baltic Sea to a West German coastal resort on Tuesday, border police said. A spokesman said the two 22-year-olds reached a beach near the town of Groemitz.
