Humana Inc.’s earnings increased 24% in the fiscal year ended Aug. 31 to $227.1 million. Revenue totaled $3.4 billion, a gain of 16%. The Louisville, Ky., health-care company said the results reflect improvements in the hospital and group health divisions and a reduction in the corporate federal tax rate.
