H. Ross Perot denied that he violated an agreement with Electronic Data Systems Corp. Perot is being sued by EDS, the Dallas company he founded in 1962 and sold to General Motors in 1984 for $2.5 billion. The suit was filed after he started Perot Systems Corp. in June. EDS contends that Perot violated an agreement, struck when Perot severed ties with the auto giant in December, 1986, that he would not compete with EDS either directly or indirectly for three years.
