LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Oct. 18, 1988

A new president and three new vice presidents have been appointed at Garrett Engineers, a forensic engineering firm based in Los Angeles. Wesley J. Schultz, formerly manager of technical administration, is the new president and chief operating officer. Robert E. Garrett, founder and former president, remains chairman and chief executive. Other appointments made by Garrett included: Edwin A. Fiorotto, vice president-marketing; Raymond Paladino, vice president-accident reconstruction, and Paxton B. Starksen, vice president-mechanical engineering.
