Commodities Trader Boosts Stake in Incomnet to 16.8%

Chicago commodities trader Joel W. Greenberg revealed in a Securities and Exchange filing that he bought 140,000 shares of Incomnet in September, boosting his stake in the Westlake Village company to 16.8%. Greenberg, an Incomnet director, purchased the stock at prices ranging from 66 cents to 79 cents a share, according to the filing.

Incomnet makes equipment that allows computer users to send messages to each other.
