Local News in Brief : East County : County Agency Urges Delay on Zone Change
The county Environmental Management Agency has recommended that a zone change hearing for the Holtz Ranch Planned Community--previously scheduled for today--be postponed until Nov. 1.
Joan Golding, manager of the Advanced Planning Department in the EMA, said the developer requested more time to prepare graphics for its presentation. The county Planning Commission hearing was scheduled to consider a change from an agricultural zoned area to residential.
