As has been rumored for some time now, Jerry Lewis will indeed step into a multi-episode guest-starring role as a clothing manufacturer involved with not-nice people in CBS’ “Wiseguy” this season. Cannell confirmed the Lewis news Monday, adding that he decided to offer Lewis the guest shot after he saw Martin Scorsese’s “The King of Comedy”--in which Lewis plays it relatively straight--again recently.
