Mission West Properties reported $334,624 in net income for the third quarter ended Aug. 31, up from a net loss of $95,812 during the previous third quarter. Mission West’s revenue rose by 260%, to $1.8 million, from $535,534 a year ago.
Mission West reported $1.1 million in net income for the nine-month period ended Aug. 31. In the like period a year ago, the company recorded a $187,739 net loss. Revenue rose by 300%, to $5.6 million, from $1.4 million.
The third-quarter improvement was driven largely by the sale of three condominiums in Del Mar, according to a company spokesman.
